Cheryll Rebello has done her MBA in Health Management and is a member of the Indian Film Writers Association and the Indian Film Producers Association. She has written and produced several documentary films and is in the process of completing the film “Sound of Memories” (The Jews of Goa who had faced the Portuguese Inquisition). In June 2018, at the International Conference “Jews of Portugal and the Spanish Portuguese Jewish Diaspora” held in Lisbon, she presented her paper on the Jews of Goa (1500 to 1800 CE) and The Portuguese Inquisition in Goa. In August 2018, she presented at Limmud India in Mumbai and in 2019 in Toronto.
