ISRAEL AND THE DIASPORA

We, the Jews of the Diaspora, have one job and one job only in the 21st century: to protect and defend the Jewish State & Zionism, from all attacks, internal or external. We must all learn and share the legal and historical rights of the state of Israel far and wide.

Have you noticed that of the 195 countries in the world, only Israel, the only Jewish state, has to prove its legal and historical its right to exist on the same land as described in the Bible? Why is that? No one in modern times seems to be questioning Iran, Saudi Arabia, North Korea, or Ukraine. The West is busy defending Ukraine’s’ borders and right to exist in a country that was established in 1991! Ukraine; one of the most corrupt countries in the world

Only Israel is questioned. Could it be innate, systemic endemic Jew hatred?

We, in the Diaspora have an obligation to protect and defend Israel from all enemies; whether external or internal. And today, Israel is under attack, again. From outside and within. There is an attempt to topple Israel’s duly elected government because there are those who disagree with the leadership trying to remodel the Judiciary based on America’s Supreme Court System (and the teachings of Yitro.)

Did you know that the concept of the Supreme Court comes from the Bible? Moses’ father-in-law, Yitro, watched as the people kept coming to Moses for advice. It was overwhelming. Yitro suggested a court system.

Exodus 18:21:

Seek out from among all the people capable men who are god-fearing, trustworthy men who refuse bribes. Set these over them as officers of thousands, officers of hundreds, officers of fifties, and officers of tens. Let them sit as judges for the people at all times. Have them bring every major case to you, but let them decide every minor case themselves. Make it easier for yourself by letting them share the burden with you.

I, YHWH your God, led you out of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. (Exod 20:2)

Are judges meant to make law or apply the law? Will Israel be a country based on the Jewish ethic of justice and mercy, charity and loving kindness: freedom or tyranny?

Will we in the Diaspora stand by as those who want the destruction of Israel, and there are plenty, attack her for questioning her own legal system? Or will we honour millions upon millions of Jews who were murdered in the Diaspora as we waited to return to our homeland, where, today, we watch as Muslims wantonly murder our people, again and Western countries consistently interfere and intervene in Israel’s politics?

Members of the Knesset are questioning the rights of Judges-questioning. That is what Jews do; we question.

Passover is coming. It is based on QUESTIONS. Four questions. We question, we do not try to topple the government - from within or outside.

We, in the Diaspora, must also be aware of the danger of the media, today. Once an organ of democracy, holding all politicians and bureaucracies to account, we have watched over the years as the media devolved into a propaganda arm of the left; too often committing the sin of omission – the absence of facts – rather than just plain lying. And the media around the world has shown itself not to be a friend of the Jews or Israel and Zionism.

We, in the Diaspora, must stand with the government of Israel and the electorate, of which 78% stand with the Government, - and stop all outside interference, be it from the media, the EU, the UN or one of Israel’s most potent enemies, today, America and the Biden administration. The last thing we need in the Diaspora is Jews like this who attack duly elected Members of the Knesset.

Jews who stand for civil war. Jews who refuse to allow Members of the Knesset with whom they disagree to speak to the Diaspora. Jews in America, the country upon which its Constitution sits firmly on the JEWISH ethic, declare that the views of Jews from Israel could be “an affront to Jewish American values”.

How sad that we Jews fail to learn from our own history. After the great King Solomon died, the Israelites were divided into two kingdoms. In 722 BCE, the ten tribes that constituted the northern Kingdom of Israel were conquered by Assyria and exiled. Only two remained to constitute the Kingdom of Judah. We allowed ourselves to be divided and then conquered.

Dear Jews of the Diaspora; remember the words of Hillel: If not now, when? When will we learn to stand together, through thick and thin for the State of Israel.
